WinterWalker is a theatre company specialising in making work for children and families. Formed in 2015 and led by Director/Choreographer Kitty Winter and Composer Wayne Walker-Allen, who have worked together since 2007. We like to makes shows that romp around in the borderlands between theatre and dance, sometimes using words, sometimes puppets, sometimes clowning, but always rooted in movement

Kitty Winter is a director, movement director and choreographer specialising in theatre for children and families. Kitty trained at Laban and on the acclaimed movement MA course at the Central School of Speech and Drama.

Wayne Walker-Allen is a musician and composer. He plays percussion, accordion and stringed things - guitars, mandolins and basses - alongside a plethora of other instruments and bits of junk from around the world. Wayne has been working as a Musician and Composer since 1998 and makes and performed music and sound for theatre, especially theatre for young audiences.
